1. Where we ship
We ship to street addresses in all 50 United States. [CONFIRM: PO boxes, APO/FPO and US territories (Puerto Rico,
Guam, US Virgin Islands): delete this line if you do not ship there.] We do not ship outside the United States at the
moment.
2. Shipping costs

Free shipping applies to every order of $39.99 or more. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Processing time
We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within
[CONFIRM: 1 to 2] business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days. Total time from order to door is usually [CONFIRM: 3 to 7]
business days. At checkout we show an estimated delivery window for your order.
5. Tracking
Every order is tracked. You receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you have not
received it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us.
6. What arrives
Each sheet comes in its own box. Multi-packs include the
free macro phone lens in the same parcel.
7. Address problems
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we will fix it
before the order ships. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will re-send it once you
confirm the right address [CONFIRM: free, or at the shipping cost].
8. Lost, late or damaged parcels
- No tracking movement for 10 business days: email us and we send a replacement or refund you.
- Marked delivered but not received: check with neighbours and your building's mailroom, then email us within 14 days.
We open a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement.
- Arrived damaged: email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we send a replacement free of charge.
9. Taxes
Any sales tax due is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. [CONFIRM in Settings > Taxes and duties > United
