1. About these terms
This website, vorinta.com (the "Site"), is operated by Vorinta ("Vorinta", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service
("Terms") apply to everyone who visits the Site or buys from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to
these Terms, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the
Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Orders are for delivery in
the United States and for personal, household use, not for resale.
3. Our products
Vorinta Dust Mite Trap Sheets are fabric pads placed under a mattress, cushion, rug or pet bed. A plant-derived lure
draws dust mites through a mesh onto a glue layer that holds them. The sheets contain no insecticide. Each sheet works
for about 90 days.
Use them as described on the box and on the Site:
- Place sheets under the mattress or cushion, not on top of it, and not on skin.
- Keep the glue side, opened sheets and spare sheets away from children and pets, and out of their reach.
- Do not eat, burn or wash the sheets. Dispose of used sheets with household waste.
Vorinta sheets are not a medicine or medical device and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any
disease. If your symptoms are severe or do not improve, see a doctor. Results vary from home to home.
4. Product information and images
We try to describe our products accurately. Lab results we quote come from the supplier's laboratory test of the sheet.
Some images on the Site are illustrations and are labelled as such. Colours can look slightly different on different
screens.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it and send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel
an order, including after you receive an order confirmation, for example if a product is listed at an obviously wrong
price, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund
you in full.
6. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Prices, offers and pack contents (including free sheets and free gifts) may change at any
time, but the price and contents shown at checkout when you order are what you get. Sale prices and "compare at" prices
show the saving against buying single sheets at the regular single-sheet price. Payments are processed securely by
Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number. Sales tax, where due, is shown at checkout.
7. Shipping, refunds and the guarantee
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Refunds, the 60-Night Clear-Morning Guarantee and the Day-30 Peek are covered
by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.
8. Promotions
Free gifts and free sheets are available while stocks last and only with the pack they are offered with. A promotion
cannot be exchanged for cash. We may end a promotion at any time; orders already placed keep the offer they were placed
with.
9. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Tell us
straight away if you think someone else has used it.
10. Reviews and messages you send us
If you send us a review, photo or message, you confirm it is your own and true, and you allow us to show it on the Site
and in our marketing with your first name and initial only. We never edit the wording of a customer review. You can ask
us to remove it at any time.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for anything unlawful; not to try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it;
not to scrape or copy it with automated tools; and not to copy, reuse or sell our text, images, designs or brand without
our written permission. All content on the Site belongs to Vorinta or its licensors.
12. Links and third parties
The Site uses third-party services for hosting, payments and shipping, including Shopify and carriers. Their terms apply
to their services. Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
13. Disclaimer
Apart from the promises we make in these Terms and our policies, the Site and our products are provided "as is". We do
not promise the Site will always be available or error-free.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with a product or the Site is
limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential
losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.
15. Indemnity
You agree to cover reasonable losses we suffer because you broke these Terms or misused the Site.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the
top shows when they last changed.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without removing any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under
the laws of the US state where you live. If something goes wrong, please email us first: most problems are solved within
a day.
18. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
